Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Certain items (personal care, innerwear, clearance items, etc.) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
